Please follow these simple steps to reserve “space” (e.g. Kuapo Party Room) in Ho’opili:
*You MUST be a Ho’opili resident in order to reserve “space”
Usage Fee:
Kuapo Party Room: $260 per day until 1/31/2023 (Hours 8am to 8pm)* $350 from 2/1/2023
Konane Park Pavilion: $260 per day until 1/31/2023 (Hours 8am to 8pm)* $290 from 2/1/2023
*Reservation requests that are more than 90 days out (8am start) from the desired date cannot be accepted.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Click on the reservation calendar HERE
Step 2: Select the date
Step 3: Click on the green availability time
Step 4: Click on [BOOK] at the top of the screen
Step 4: Enter your Email (or login if you already have an account)
Step 5: Confirm that the date is correct. No need to insert a time.
Step 6: Enter your Name, Phone No., Credit Card Holder Name, Credit Card No.
Step 7: Make sure to the read & check the box regarding our terms
Step 8: Click on [Confirm booking]
Your credit card WON’T be charged until the day after your function. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 1 week in advance. Cancellations we receive within a week prior to the function are charged at the FULL AMOUNT.
Konane Park Pavilion:
The storage room in the back of the Konane Park Pavilion contains approx. 8 tables and 40 chairs. You are free to use those if you neatly put them back after your function.
If you damage something OR if the Pavilion and its equipment are not cleaned up properly then we will charge the $100 deposit on top of the $260 usage fee.
Kuapo Party Room
What is available: Approx. 10 tables, 50 chairs, TV (no Cable or WIFI), sink, microwave and refrigerator.
